1 Umpires' Reviews As many times both Umpires want can ask and can talk also.with 3rd U
2 Players' Review 2 times Only successful challenge not counted to each team /innings
Power given to fielding side Captain when umpire has given NOT OUT
Power given to batting side PLAYER when umpire has given OUT Consultations amongst team side players present on ground allowed approx 30 secs
i.e. fielding captain can consult near fielder wicketkeeper bowler…others could be fined !!
i.e. given out batsman can consult near his fellowman on other END

* Dubai letter correct decision making is 97% as against 90% in PAST !!!!
